SPRING STYLE FOR HER

Ladies, it’s finally SPRING! Mother Nature has given us hell, but she is coming around. Now… What to wear? All of this layering and bundling up to keep us from being cold has probably brainwashed you on how to feel and look springy. Here are some staple items that will help with the new weather we all have seemed to forgot existed:

Sunglasses: Granted… you can wear sunglasses any time of the year BUT for some reason sunglasses have more of a lasting effect between Spring and Summer. The sun appears to be saying hello more and quite frankly it just looks appropriate. The sun, while giving off warming rays and tan lines is awesome, you make sure to protect those eyes of yours! My favorite kinds of sunnies are Ray Bans –aviators to be specific – but ANY kind of sunglasses from Forever 21 or Celine are just fine!

Jean jacket: I have been wearing jean jackets since I could remember. They never really seem to go out of style, per se. They never show up on the runway either, but they are the kind of item I like to call an accessory Sometimes a jean jacket is all you need to finish a look. They sell them almost everywhere, with the warm weather coming; a jean jacket may be all you need to step out in!

Palazzo pants (Wide leg pants): My first purchase of palazzo pants were from the Kardashian collection they held at Sears. I wasn’t too sure how they’d fit or what I would even wear them with. I was so used to buying skinny jeans or leggings, it felt as though I couldn’t rock them. I proved myself wrong; palazzo pants are comfortable, not so form fitting, and not so typical. They come in different prints and colors. With Spring here, wearing color will lift your spirits and even those around you. I have seen them in stores such as H&M and Forever 21, grab you a pair!

Tank dress: Tank dresses can be dressed up or dressed down. It all depends on where you’re going. You could wear a tank dress as a cover up. You can wear a tank dress out with a group of friends. Or you can wear a tank dress even out to eat. How you accessorize a tank dress is how it will appear to the group of people you are with. You can pair a tank dress with a jean jacket as stated above, heels, a pair of converse chucks, etc. Also ladies! The length of the tank dress says a great deal. I personally enjoy a midi tank dress, but that is just personal preference. You can find tank dresses at Forever 21, H&M, American Apparel, Express, Urban Outfitters, basically anywhere!

Gals, I hope the little tips I have provided for Spring time dressing have helped.  Remember, style represents YOU. “Fashion” comes and goes – the jean jacket for example!
